Audio Outreach Inc. is grateful for every individual, church, ministry, and organization that chooses to support our mission. Your generosity helps equip local leaders, provide Gospel audio resources, support discipleship and training, reach children and families, and expand Gospel outreach to communities around the world.

We are committed to handling every gift with care, integrity, and responsible stewardship.

How Donations Are Used

Donations to Audio Outreach help support the programs and activities of the ministry, including:

Training pastors, Christian leaders, and disciple-makers

Audio Gospel resources and equipment

Asking For Help training

Gospel Listening Groups

Discipleship and leadership development

Children's ministry and outreach

Gospel language and audio resources

Ministry travel and global training

Partnerships with churches and mission organizations

Administrative and operational expenses necessary to carry out the ministry

Other ministry needs consistent with the mission of Audio Outreach

Designated Donations

Donors may sometimes choose to designate a gift for a particular ministry, program, project, country, or purpose.

Audio Outreach will make reasonable efforts to honor donor designations whenever possible.

If a designated project becomes fully funded, is completed, changes significantly, cannot be carried out, or circumstances make the original designation impractical, Audio Outreach reserves the right to redirect the gift to a similar ministry purpose or another area of greatest need consistent with the organization's charitable mission.

This flexibility allows Audio Outreach to respond responsibly to changing ministry opportunities and needs around the world.

Where Needed Most

Gifts designated “Where Needed Most” allow Audio Outreach leadership to direct funds toward current ministry priorities and opportunities.

These gifts may support training, audio resources, Gospel Listening Groups, children's ministry, global outreach, ministry partnerships, operational expenses, or other needs that further the mission of Audio Outreach.

Monthly Giving

Monthly partners provide ongoing support that helps Audio Outreach plan and sustain ministry activities throughout the year.

Recurring donations will continue according to the donor's selected schedule until canceled.

Donors may request to change or cancel a recurring contribution at any time by contacting Audio Outreach or, when available, managing the donation through the online giving system.

Online Donations and Payment Processing

Online donations may be processed through a secure third-party payment provider.

Audio Outreach does not intentionally store complete credit card or banking information on its website. Payment information is handled by the applicable payment processor according to its own security and privacy practices.

Donation Receipts

Audio Outreach will provide donation acknowledgments or receipts when appropriate and when sufficient donor contact information has been provided.

Donors are responsible for retaining donation records for their own tax and financial purposes.

Tax-Deductible Contributions

Goods or Services Received

When a donor receives goods or services in connection with a contribution, such as admission to an event, merchandise, or another benefit, only the portion of the payment exceeding the fair market value of those goods or services may qualify as a charitable contribution, as applicable.

Audio Outreach will provide appropriate information when required.

Refunds

Charitable donations are generally considered final.

If a donation was made in error, submitted for the wrong amount, duplicated, or involved another unusual circumstance, please contact Audio Outreach as soon as possible.

Refund requests will be reviewed individually. Any approved refund will generally be returned using the original method of payment when possible.

Donor Privacy

Audio Outreach respects the privacy of its donors.

We do not sell or rent donor names, email addresses, mailing addresses, phone numbers, or other personal information to outside organizations for their marketing purposes.

Information may be shared with service providers when necessary to process donations, maintain financial records, send receipts, communicate with donors, or otherwise operate the ministry.

To equip local leaders around the world to help people hear and understand the Gospel in their Mother Tongue.

Our goal is to use every contribution thoughtfully to help train leaders, build relationships, make disciples, and multiply the Gospel.
